![]() I don't really know much about modding Bethesda games, but considering how much time this could save me (or perhaps just optimize the time that was going to be spent playing no matter what), it may be worthwhile to learn just enough to make these mods. This would just be a UI enhancement and wouldn't change any gameplay, but if you wanted to increase immersion, perhaps random encounters could be worked into quick travel while also counting the "drop loot and come back" option as quick traveling. It could be like an alternate option to the "waiting" command. You click the button, time passes as if you did all that traveling while also shuffling around items in your inventory. This opens up an inventory screen - like buying from an NPC, or looting a locked container. I only needed to spend like a few seconds at base managing my inventory.Īs an alternative to Couriers: perhaps an automatic "go home, store/sell/restock items, return" command might come in handy. You will see two prompts on screen - one is to 'activate' it (and enter Settlement Building Mode). ![]() And then run back to what you were doing before. Drop all of your junk with a button push. I loved how in that game, you could warp home. I also would love to see some of the inventory management options that are available in Terraria. It could be like an alternate option to the 'waiting' command. The mod should also work on companion inventories. As an alternative to Couriers: perhaps an automatic 'go home, store/sell/restock items, return' command might come in handy. Or, rather than speed clicking, the mod could also add a "Deposit all items in this catagory". Making these custom catagories would let me speed click through them. I spend too much time fumbling around in menues because I accidentally trade something I don't want to with a vendor/companion/container. And then "Stash", would be stuff you intend to keep that isn't "junk". "Treasure" or maybe call it "Vendor Trash" would be the stuff you intend to sell, and would be whatever you put there. ![]() "Combat Load" would be stuff like your weapons, armor, clothes, user chosen consumables (grenades/chems/food) and any trinkets you wear. Step 1: Enable modding in Fallout 4 Step 2: Install Nexus Mod Manager Step 3: Install. I'd like a couple new catagories that only contained user defined items. I know this kind of cheapens the "strong back" perks, and I may just invest in those perks anyways.Ģ. I want to maximise the time I'm spent actually roaming around and exploring and fighting. A simple "Take all of this stuff and drop it into the workshop inventory at x settlement". Here’s how: Press both the Win + R keys to launch the Run app on your computer. I'd really like to have some one (perhaps my active companion, or maybe some npc hirelings, or something?) to take all of my stuff back to base. To fix the problem, reinstalling the mod manager on the computer is recommended. I know the game is super new, and they haven't even released the mod tools yet, but I've been thinking a lot about some mods I want.ġ. ![]()
